Since winning the 2004 Francisco Vinas International Competition in Barcelona and two prizes at Placido Domingo's Operalia Competition in Los Angeles, Dmitry Korchak has continued to delight audiences worldwide in some of the most celebrated venues, playing many of the greatest leading operatic roles and collaborating with renowned conductors and orchestras alike.

Dmitry Korchak was born in 1979 in Russia. After graduating from the Alexander Sveshnikov Moscow Choral College in 1997, Dmitry entered the Moscow Chorus Academy, where he studied both in the vocal department and as a chorus master under professor Popov. In 2004 Dmitry finished his post-graduate studies at the Academy under Assistant Professor Vdovin.

He has toured as a soloist in numerous territories in some of the most prestigious venues, including the Netherlands, Germany (KÃÂÂ┬Âlner Philharmonie, Alte Oper ), France (Théâtre du Châtelet), the UK (Royal Festival Hall, London) and the US (Avery Fisher Hall, New York).

Dmitry is regularly invited to a large number of Russian and International festivals such as the International Music Festival in Colmar, Rheingau Musikfestival, MDR Musik Sommer, Oldenburger Promenade, Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, the annual "Vladimir Spivakov invites?" festival in Moscow, "Mozartiana" and the Moscow International Musical Festival "Cherry Wood".

Dmitry has collaborated with such conductors as: Svetlanov, Temirkanov, Spivakov, Fedoseev, Pletniov, Sondeckis, Campanello, Domingo, Cura, Popov, Falk, Penderezkyi etc.
